Overview

In this course, an operational Telcordia TIRKS System is used to teach the daily operations required to provision special services circuits.

Who Can Benefit

Users of the TIRKS System responsible for the provisioning of special services circuits. Staff personnel responsible for support of these organizations are also good candidates.

Prerequisites

A basic understanding of COMMON LANGUAGE general codes for locations, circuits and equipment is required. You should also be familiar with operating a keyboard display terminal. Prior attendance in the Telcordia TIRKS System Overview (T-OVERW) course is recommended.
