Our Training Needs Analysis process is a proven methodology that has been delivered to many of our clients and partners. It serves as the foundation for our Next Generation OSS (NGOSS) Accreditation Program and it:
- Includes a series of one-to-one interviews that ascertain a student's function and role, and evaluates his/her existing skill sets
- Enables our professionals to determine the correct "path of progression" for a student and to make recommendations for any prerequisite courses that they should attend
- Can result in a reduction in time spent on training because it enables us to customize our training solutions to fit your needs and the role of your student within the program. In previous cases, our Training Needs Analysis has proven to reduce costs by as much as 30 percent.
The Training Needs Analysis is conducted onsite and includes detailed reports and recommendations. It assists in generating an ROI case for participating in Telcordia education programs, and it can aid in qualifying your ROI through periodic check-ups and follow-up analyses.
