Accreditation Program
Ensure that your staff is fully trained and qualified
We believe anyone working on a Telcordia implementation should meet the same high level of exacting standards that we have set for our own staff. To help achieve this goal, we have designed a process by which you can ensure a high standard of service competency for your staff.
Our world-class Next Generation OSS (NGOSS) Accreditation Program is open to our partner organizations and clients. Its goal is to create competency center-led services teams that can fully support the activities of a Telcordia project.
NGOSS Accreditation is offered for all products in Telcordia's Planning & Engineering, Fulfillment and Service Management suites. It allows the accredited organization to benefit from specially designed training and lectures that enable the development of a range of skills, from data migration to principal architect. Individual Course Certification is also available to those delegates whose organization does not actively participate in the Accreditation Program.
This gives Telcordia, your organization, and most importantly your project, an assurance that any activities are supported by a highly trained and qualified staff. Accreditation involves:
- Comprehensive testing mechanisms
- A quality assurance process designed to comply with both ANSI and ETSI standards
- Education paths and training materials that provide the highest standard of knowledge transfer to the end delegate
- A variety of instructor-led courses and asynchronous seminars developed by experienced Telcordia Education Consultants.
Our programs are supported by detailed documented processes and procedures in order to ensure a full understanding of the program.
