Mission Statement

Dedicated to increasing the level of satisfaction of those companies that either fund the development of, or use the Telcordia OSS. It is the collective voice of these companies, while maintaining the terms and conditions of individual contractual agreements. Companies, not individuals, are the members of the Client Forum.

    • NE Information Request (NEIR) & High Level Documentation due date extended 3 weeks
    • Review of Documentation/CLEI™ within 2 weeks of Statement of Work (SOW) meeting for completeness
    • Function Coding & Operations System Impact Analysis (OSIA) training sessions with NE Providers
    • Provide sections 1-6 of Draft OSIA before formal issuance of Draft
    • Increased staff (Project Managers & Systems Engineers) to coordinate and accommodate influx of OSMINE work
  • NMA System
    • Review of Draft Templates available to NE Providers
    • Option to skip pre-test available to NE Providers
    • Option to perform pre-test by NE Providers available
  • Transport Element Activation Manager
    • Pre-Analysis Document
    • Increased use of simulators
    • NE support in point releases
  • COMMON LANGUAGE Products
    • Telcordia Point of Contact on all CLEI™-related requests established
    • New CLEI™ request form created that highlights any OSMINE work thereby facilitating expedited turnaround of the information to both the NE Provider and internal Telcordia OSSs
  • Telcordia OSS Interfaces catalog
    • Our core Elementive CE products are implementing open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), allowing our customers to more seamlessly integrate with new-generation applications from Telcordia or third-party vendors as their network needs grow and evolve over time.

  • Introduced an OSMINE Lite process
