AxessSM/WebQ Services

A suite of services enhancing customer service, support and communications. With AXESS, clients have real-time on-line access to Customer Service Bulletins, and to description and status information for Technical Requests (TR's) and Maintenance Requests (MR's).

To request an AXESS ID, contact your Telcordia Technologies Account Service Manager or Customer Solution Care Center Software Support Contact.

A new version of AXESS (WebQ) is now available. This release provides the ability to:

  • Query TRs originated by your company.
  • Open new TRs directly into the tracking system database.
  • Append to the description of any TR.
  • Participate in a Bulletin Board Capability.
  • Access to additional product information and reports.
