We provide comprehensive support in all phases of solution implementation, from an initial assessment of your work environment right through to all the training you need, so that your transition is a smooth one. Our highly experienced implementation team can help you:

We offer:

• Requirements and Design - Beginning with an "up front" assessment of your work environment, this process includes a hardware configuration plan, reference data planning and input, and documentation in support of the solution. It also includes requirements definition for workflow, equipment templates and system administration.
• Installation and Configuration Support - We provide on-site and remote, pre- and post-installation verification and installation verification testing. Also included is workflow development, equipment template development (in the Granite® Inventory database) and GUI customization support.
• Acceptance - We develop acceptance test plans and conduct joint integrated customer tests to ensure that the solution, including all interfaces, flows and methods and procedures, is operating in conformance with requirements.
• Education Programs - Our goal is to help every client get the best business results from its software investments with just-in-time, just-enough training solutions. Telcordia has been known throughout the industry as a leader in telecommunications training. In no area is this truer than with training for Telcordia software systems. We perform End-user and System Administrator training in addition to customized training classes that fit specific needs and online help.
• First Production Instance - We offer on-site support for the transition from the test environment to the production environment and consultative support for additional work center cutovers.
