These teams will help you ensure that your software solution is implemented on-time, on-budget and to your satisfaction.

Based on the rigorous standards of the Project Management Institute, we have extensive experience managing implementation projects of any size. Our Program / Project Manager will set and manage expectations and provide a single point of escalation. This key contact will also manage on-site Telcordia resources to ensure that contracted deliverables are successfully delivered, installed, certified and completed on time, within budget and with high quality.
