Our Integration Services include:

• Integration Consulting - Assistance with interface development, problem analysis and problem resolution during the development of system interfaces, including development to support integration. In addition, Telcordia integration experts can provide development of custom solutions required to support your specific business need (GUI customization, for example.)
• Integration Testing - Our System / Business Integration Test (SIT/BIT) service provides a suite of testing tasks that will assist in the integration of a Telcordia solution into your business environment.
• Process Engineering Services, including:
  • Process Flow (PMO/FMO) services, which document and analyze the current work center processes
  • Methods and Procedures (M&Ps) analysis, which identifies changes to the current work center-specific M&Ps needed to operate the network and services using the Telcordia software
  • Service Order Planning, which provides consultative support for transition, planning and site-support for operations support systems that require a service order or service request as input.
