Integration Assistant is a module that allows Telcordia® Network Engineer to integrate with external provisioning and inventory products. By effectively creating an integrated physical and logical inventory solution, Integration Assistant is a key enabler of fully automated, flowthrough provisioning - from planning and engineering through activation.

• Benefit from direct system-to-system communications — Integration Assistant is designed to turn network planning-engineering-provisioning into an automated, unbroken chain of events.
• Generate work orders automatically — Integration Assistant's planning interface makes it easy to generate changes to the physical network by having planning requests sent from a logical inventory system directly to the job queue in Network Engineer.
• Keep cross-system events in sync — Integration Assistant has embedded functionality that promotes a coordinated exchange of data between systems. An object reservation interface helps facilitate work orders and avoid "contention" between planning and provisioning processes.
• Make data instantly available across systems — Integration Assistant's inquiry interface, and its web access integration feature, allow both Network Engineer, and provisioning system users access to data housed in different systems and the physical GIS information in Network Engineer.

Integration Assistant comes with all the necessary tools to configure the integration and to apply the operator's business rules as required. In addition, the module has a defined interface for each of its synchronization, planning, object reservation, general enquiry, and Web access components, allowing operators to customize the base product as desired. We also offer support with integration, customization, and training services.
