OniTelecom Selects Telcordia for Next Gen Fulfillment
Improving accuracy and speed of service fulfillment and assurance
PISCATAWAY, NJ - May 6, 2009 - Portuguese wireline operator OniTelecom has awarded a contract to Telcordia to help them enhance the overall customer experience, reduce costs and accelerate time-to-market for new services for its corporate customers. With the emergence of new communications and information technologies, Telcordia will support OniTelecom's network and service evolution strategy to accelerate order-to-cash while reducing expenses and the time it takes to resolve faults.
