Telefonica Moviles Mexico Raises the Bar for Superior Customer Experience with Telcordia Solution

PISCATAWAY, NJ - February 11, 2008 - Telefonica Moviles de Mexico, a national mobile business of Spain's incumbent telecoms operator, has deployed a market leading service management solution that is setting the standard for communication services in the Latin America region. At the core of their initiative is a comprehensive service assurance solution from Telcordia Technologies (www.telcordia.com), a global leader in the development of IP, wireless, and mobile telecommunications software and services.

Service Director's service quality management, comprehensive SLA monitoring, problem resolution and capacity management capabilities will help Telefonica Moviles Mexico improve its pre- and post-paid mobile services and underlying processes to drive a superior customer experience -- a key competitive differentiator in the market.
