PISCATAWAY, NJ - November 29, 2004 - Telcordia Technologies, Inc., a global provider of telecommunications software and services, today announced an alliance with Casabyte Inc., a leading provider of end-to-end wireless service quality monitoring solutions to telecommunications service providers. Together, the two companies will deliver high-quality service assurance solutions for wireless service providers worldwide, helping to enable them to effectively manage service-level agreements and speed consumer adoption of high-speed wireless services.
With this alliance, Telcordia underscores its commitment to providing critical solutions to the wireless sector and addresses two key challenges facing carriers - improving quality and reducing customer churn. It also furthers Telcordia's leadership position in the global service assurance marketplace, which is expected to increase from approximately $44 million in 2004 to nearly $200 million in 2006.
