Tuition Assistance

We encourage our employees to augment their skills and knowledge through continuing education. Our Tuition Assistance Program offers financial support for payroll employees enrolled in approved courses and programs that are related to the employee's present work assignment or one to which the employee may reasonably aspire. There are no minimum service requirements.

Employees may attend institutions that have been approved by the Department of Higher Education in the State and the Regional Accrediting Agency for the geographic area, e.g. Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Telcordia will provide 100% coverage for the expense of up to 24 credit hours per calendar year as well as the required textbooks, lab fees, thesis or dissertation tuition and fees.
