Savings and Retirement Programs
401(k) Savings Plan
You may contribute 1% to 25% of your annual compensation to the 401(k) Savings Plan on a pre-tax or after tax basis, or a combination of both. After one year of service, Telcordia will match your pre-tax contributions, giving you an automatic return on your savings.
Cash Balance Pension Benefit
Telcordia provides a Cash Balance pension benefit at no cost to you. The
pension grows during the course of your employment through service-graded
pay and interest credits which are applied to your benefit.
