Steve Noonan

With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Steve Noonan brings a wealth of finance and business operations knowledge and expertise, to his position as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Noonan is responsible for administrating the company's financial operations, including treasury/risk management, financial planning and forecasting, internal auditing and investor relations. He also oversees the CIO organization and corporate real estate.

Mr. Noonan began his telecommunications career at Telcordia and throughout his tenure has served as an integral part of Telcordia's strategic global solutions team. In his previous position as Treasurer and Corporate Vice President, Corporate Development, he led the company's merger & acquisition, corporate venture investment programs, as well as oversaw investor relations and risk management.

Previously, as Group Vice President Next Generation Solutions, Mr. Noonan was responsible for product management and marketing, during which time he initiated and led the company's acquisition of Granite Systems, Inc. He also managed the P&L for the company's Surveillance and Activation business and has overseen several corporate venture investments and divestitures.

Mr. Noonan previously served on the board of the TeleManagement Forum, a global organization that provides leadership, strategic guidance, and practical solutions to improve the management and operation of information and communication services. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, from Hofstra University in New York and an MBA from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
