Rich Marano

Rich Marano brings more than 20 years of industry experience, demonstrated leadership and positive business performance to his current position as Executive Vice President of Operations. His responsibilities include the management of Telcordia's business operations including financial planning and analysis, contracting, bid management and sales operations. He also oversees the company's business process improvement and organizational efficiency initiatives.

Mr. Marano joined Telcordia in 1983 and has held senior positions in corporate finance, marketing, sales, business development and general management. Most recently, he was Vice President, Finance and Operations, Global Solutions, where he was responsible for financial and business operations functions for the company's global software business as well as the planning, accounting and forecasting activities for all operations worldwide. Mr. Marano was also in charge of business case development for new business ventures, management reporting, and coordination of strategic planning activities, and oversaw Sarbanes Oxley compliance for revenue recognition and expense forecasting processes.

Mr. Marano holds a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
