Linda DeLukey

With more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Linda DeLukey has spent the majority of her career in the human resources field assisting companies in their global evolution and designing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and deliver results. As Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Corporate Security, she is responsible for all of Telcordia's global human resources (HR) & security matters.

Prior to this position, Ms. DeLukey led the company's Recruiting and Staffing, HR Information Systems and Strategic Learning Solutions organizations, as well as the company's, merger & acquisition assessments and subsequent integrations. Her accomplishments include a leadership position in multiple acquisitions and divestitures, including the sale of the company by SAIC to Providence Equity Partners and Warburg Pincus, the introduction and evolution of leading-edge HR systems, and the redesign and rewrite of the company's HR Intranet.

Ms. DeLukey began her career with AT&T, where she held various human resources, financial and administrative positions. Joining Telcordia at divestiture in 1984, she held numerous HR positions including Strategic HR Partner for Applied Research, Recruiting Operations Manager and Director of HR Programs.

Ms. DeLukey is a member of the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), where she has received certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Ms. DeLukey is a graduate of Dean College in Massachusetts.
