Board of Directors

Barry K. Allen

Mr. Allen is Senior Advisor at Providence Equity Partners. Since joining Providence Equity in 2007. Mr. Allen has been focused on telecommunications industry issues and new investment opportunities. He serves as President of Allen Enterprises LLC, a private equity investment and management company with holdings in real estate, food services and manufacturing. The majority of his career was spent in the telecommunications industry. Most recently he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Qwest Communications, responsible for network and information technology operations. He also served as President of Ameritech, where he began his career in 1974, and where he held various management positions throughout his tenure.

Daniel J. Carroll, Jr.

Mr. Carroll, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Telcordia, has held a variety of executive-level positions at AT&T, Western Electric, and Lucent Technologies, including his most recent as Chief Operating Officer of Lucent's Business Communications Systems division, which provides telecommunications systems to large and small business enterprises. As an officer of AT&T, he had assignments responsible for billing software systems as well as the Global Central Office Switching Systems business. Mr. Carroll is a Member of the Board of Overseers at New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is currently a director of Telcordia and Pall Corporation.

Glenn M. Creamer

Mr. Creamer is a Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Providence Equity Partners. Previously, Mr. Creamer was a Vice-President of Providence Ventures, Inc. and of Narragansett Capital, Inc., and prior to that he worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. and J.P Morgan & Co.

Alexander Evans

Alex Evans is a Managing Director of Providence Equity Partners. Since joining Providence in 1996, his principle areas of investment focus have been wireless communications, Internet infrastructure, transaction processing, software, and sports entertainment. He is currently a director of Trilogy International Partners and World Triathlon Corporation. Previously, Mr. Evans worked for Morgan Stanley in corporate finance. He was also a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Evans is a trustee of West Side Montessori School in New York.

Mark Greenquist

Mr. Greenquist, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telcordia, oversees the daily operations of the company globally and is responsible for strategic planning, execution and overall business operations and results. He joined the company in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he served as CFO at both Symbol Technologies, a global leader in enterprise mobility solutions, and Agere Systems, a global leader in semiconductors and software solutions for storage, mobility and networking markets. Mr. Greenquist developed his international business expertise at General Motors' European operations, working as the treasurer of Saab Automobile and managing director and CFO of GM Poland. He also served as Vice President of Finance and CFO for General Motors, Europe, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Henry Kressel

Dr. Kressel is a managing director of Warburg Pincus which he joined in 1983 from the RCA Corporation where he was a vice president in charge of solid state device research and development at the David Sarnoff Research Center. Since joining Warburg Pincus, Dr. Kressel has been responsible for many of the firm's investments in high technology companies in the fields of information technology services, semiconductor devices, industrial and consumer software and communication systems and services. He is a director of RMI Corporation, SRI International and the Sarnoff Corporation.

Joseph P. Landy

Joseph P. Landy is Co-President of Warburg Pincus LLC. Since joining the firm in 1985, his principle areas of investment focus have been information technology, Internet applications and infrastructure, communications applications and structured investments. A former President of the Venture Investors Association of New York, Mr. Landy is a Trustee of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute and of the Williamstown Art Conservation Center. He is a director of Avaya, The Cobalt Group and MicroVest, an investment fund focused on microfinance institutions in developing countries.

Garry K. McGuire

Garry K. McGuire is the former Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President Corporate Development for Avaya, where he was responsible for management and oversight of all financial, accounting, treasury, tax, audit operations and real estate operations as well as Investor Relations, Global Pricing and Corporate Development. Before joining Avaya, McGuire was president and chief executive officer of Williams Communications Solutions LLC and President of NORTEL Communications Systems, Inc. Mr. McGuire is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Dayton and ANADIGICS Inc.

Daniel C. Stanzione

Dr. Stanzione is President Emeritus of Bell Laboratories as well as an independent consultant. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 1999. He was also the President of Bell Laboratories, responsible for all research and development in Lucent Technologies, a position he held from January 1995 to October 1999. During the 1980s, Dr. Stanzione held a variety of positions in the planning and development of large software systems for business operations in telecommunications companies. In the late 1980s and in the early 1990s, Dr. Stanzione was the President of several business units within AT&T. He became part of the new Lucent Technologies, Inc., as part of the AT&T restructuring in 1996, and was President of Lucent's Network Systems unit during Lucent's early years. Dr. Stanzione is a director of Quest Diagnostics and Internap Network Services Corporation.
