Our most recent achievements are exemplified by the recognitions listed below.
2010 Aegis Graham Bell Award Telecom
Aegis School of Business & Telecommunication, one of India’s leading Telecom Management schools recognized Telcordia Real-Time Charging with their 2010 Aegis Graham Bell Award in the Operations Management category. The Award promotes innovation in telecommunication and provides recognition for outstanding contributions in the field. Real-Time Charging enabled Indian operators to differentiate brand offerings and offered innovative real time services and tariff plans allowing them to maximize their plan benefits and realize the benefits of personalized interactive services.
2010 NGN Leadership Award
Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC) NGN Magazine has once again recognized Telcordia innovation with a 2010 NGN Leadership Award. The award recognizes vendors who consistently deliver network components that improve a service provider's or network operator's delivery of services, applications and content to their growing constituencies. Telcordia® Service Director was recognized for innovative and flexible service modeling capabilities that enable communication service providers (CSPs) to monitor end-to-end service experience in near-real time. This provides for insight at the service (rather than network) level, leading to more rapid mean-time-to-repair, proactive customer care interactions, and operational intelligence.
2010 Billing and OSS World Excellence Awards
Billing and OSS World awarded Telcordia® Network Engineer its Excellence Award for Best Network Management Implementation. The award recognized a European CSP's implementation of Network Engineer to support the efficient rollout of high-speed, multi-play services to the mass market. The Telcordia solution is helping the CSP better manage its entire network at the same time it is speeding and simplifying the CSP's FTTx build-out. In addition, Telcordia® Service Director was honored as a runner up in the "Best Cost Management Implementation" category. The Excellence Awards are judged by an independent panel and recognize excellence in service providers' business from vendor-enabled or internal initiatives.
2010 Global Telecoms Business Innovation Award
Global Telecoms Business 2010 Innovation Award in the Consumer Service Innovation category recognizes Telcordia® Real-Time Charging, a solution that helped launch Tata Docomo, Tata Teleservices Limited's (TTSL's) GSM service, in one of the world's most competitive mobile markets and introduce India's first per-second mobile billing service. Innovation Awards honor the most innovative projects in the industry across mobile and fixed network infrastructure as well as wholesale, business and consumer services.
Telcordia Ranked Number One in Service Fulfillment, Five Years Running
For the fifth consecutive year Analysys Mason, formerly OSS Observer, has ranked Telcordia as the global market leader in Service Fulfillment. With 10 percent of the market share of a US $2.3 billion segment, Telcordia remains the industry's leading provider of service fulfillment solutions. Analysys Mason's May 2010 report, Service Fulfillment Market Review, offers a detailed market share analysis of order management, inventory, activation and engineering tools with analysis by service (e.g. mobile, residential broadband, business services and PSTN) and geographies (North America, CALA, EMEA, and APAC).
2009 RCR Wireless Ecosystem Award for Best Overall Company - B/OSS
RCR Wireless News has selected Telcordia as the winner of its inaugural RCR Wireless Ecosystem Award in the B/OSS category. The award recognizes companies and individuals that demonstrate success, innovation, and excellence, and whose contributions have made an impact on the industry and the people it serves.
IEEE Recognizes Telcordia and Its Employees with Multiple 2009 Awards
The IEEE national organization and various IEEE Sections within New Jersey have honored Telcordia and four of its Advanced Technology Solutions group. The company received the 2009 Friend of IEEE and Engineering Profession award and the 2009 Supporting Friend of IEEE Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) award. Kiriakos Manousakis, senior research scientist and Ashutosh Dutta, senior scientist both received 2009 Section Leadership awards while Subir Das, senior scientist was awarded the 2009 Technology Innovation Award. In addition Mark Karol, senior scientist was elected Vice President of Technical Activities for IEEE Communications Society.

Network Products Guide, the industry's leading publication on information technologies and solutions, has honored Telcordia® IP Assure with their 2009 Product Innovation Award for Network Configuration Assessment. The international award recognizes vendors with innovative and groundbreaking products in all areas of information technology. IP Assure is a flexible and scalable web-based software solution that transforms the costly, labor-intensive job of network error detection and remediation into a simple, automated process.
2009 Tomorrow's Technology Today Award for Network Configuration Assessment
Info Security, a publication devoted to the strategy and technique of information security and distributed to over 25,000 IT security professionals in the UK and Europe, has named Telcordia® IP Assure the winner of its 2009 Tomorrow's Technology Today Award for Network Configuration Assessment. The award underscores IP Assure's position as a best-of-breed product that provides the highest security integrity check for an entire IP network.
2009 Global Product Excellence in IP Network Device Configuration Assessment Award
